What to buy? I'm approaching 500 zen.

I'm a free to play user, who uses Dilithium to buy Zen.

I have 2 characters; a Klingon level 25 and a Fed level 50.

I worked out on average, if both make 8000d in 24hours, both characters can buy around 85 zen points each if it's 89D per zen.

That's a total of around 170 every 24 hours. (Only started to figure this out, plus it depends on if you can actually make all that dilithium in 24 hours of course).

I'm nearing 500 c points and I was wondering, does anyone have any suggestions on what to buy?

I was thinking a re-spec as I had no idea you couldn't undo or change without using a token.

I thought about a respec, but had grown to love my first 2 characters (fed and kdf) even with their faults too much. I spent my first chunk of zen on 2 more character slots, to build them properly from the beginning.

I've since bought more slots and a bigger EC limit (which is a godsend).
I may one day respec the first 2 but I'm saving for a vesta pack and a varanus so it'll be awhile...

Thanks, but I might actually go with the retrain. I don't have the time to do more than 2 characters really, so retaining my main (fed), to be more efficient.. hmmm..

No worries, kinda pushed you to answer your own question, I suppose. I would recommend the EC cap increase when you can though, otherwise you are limited to 10million, which you can reach very easily.

I've noticed! But the max I always get to is about 2 million, as I do like to buy keys from EC. Don't see why not, if I get a good box or not, doesn't really bother me.

So yeah, maybe, I'll have to look into it.

My suggestion, don't buy anything, hang on until you've saved for something worthwhile. There are a few services that will cost 500, banks slots, character slots, etc., but it's not something really required if you are only going to work up the 2 characters. Account bank costs 1000 but is pretty useless with pretty much everything worth having bound to character, an EC cap if you are hitting the limit, but if you never do it's pointless. I won't suggest keys, that's pretty much throwing the zen away. Ships go for as low as 500 but the good ones start at 1500 and go up from there and ships are the only thing worth spending zen on.

I use EC for keys, not zen as I already have good ship builds and might as well save up some lobi for some cool costumes and stuff. :P

I'll consider the ship idea, but maybe later on when I have a few more slots etc.

In the past, I got a bank slot, for my main and that's about it.

keys are a great way to make ec if you have alot of toons i made 4 million in 1 min with keys.
i would wait and save the zen for a ship but they cost 2500 so alot of waiting. or buy other toons and make even more dilithium than turn it into zen but takes a long time to do it on so many toons

When I started to play, the second day F2p came, a year ago, first zen was spent on character slots(4 pack), then I made new characters for kdf, and prepared to farm even more dilithium, which after, I bought my first ship, Brel Bird of Prey retrofit, great ship tbh. After that I bought draguas support vessel and vandal destroyer.

My tip is to either save for character slots(the 4 pack because it's cheaper when compared to 2+2 pack), end game ship, or to console ship such as leech and aceton assimilator.

What to buy? I'm approaching 500 zen.
