Missing Stiepend?

So my new billing date is on the 30th of every month. Of course February doesnt have 30 days but its now the 3rd of March and i still have not received my Z-Points?

It may be on the way but I've been waiting on it and jes wanted to make sure tech didnt over look February's fewer days. :D

    Ive never received my stipend on a regular rotation, sometimes its on the 26th(when I bought my LTS), sometimes on the 7th on the following month.

    I learned a while back you should never wait on it, causes unneeded stress.

    You can inquire about your stipend by sending in a support ticket (link in my signature) or emailing directly: customerservice@perfectworld.com -- I will say that every time we've looked into a stipend issue, when the player was a lifetime or gold member, we've never found someone to have missed it. It's an automatic process. With the Dilithium Exchange, and C-Store items that have prices below the stipend amount, I personally have thought I missed one but I had forgot I purchased a couple Master Keys and converted some for Dilithium.

    If you're a monthly gold subscriber, it comes in on or around 30-days past the day when your bank last hard posted the subscription charge (moved from pending to posted). This can happen at anytime during the day. Lifetime subscribers (who have been subscribed for at least 30-days), will get it on or around the day of the month when your bank hard posted the original lifetime subscription charge (moved from pending to posted).

    It would be nice in there was a simple transaction log. It doesn't even have to go back far. Perhaps the last 10 transactions.

    Hear hear. I've been working on a case of my own with Customer Support -- and could demonstrate the purchases that over the course of time led to my then-current Zen balance. Without being able to go over the Zen transactions in that same period of time, my experience becomes anecdotal. CS can tell me that I received a thousand Zen during that time, but I can't rebut their assertions (or have my own error corrected, if the error is indeed mine.)

    Simply being able to go over the record and show exactly when I made zen expenditures in-game over the course of, say, 90 days would be more than enough to show which one of us was right. The CS worker came right out and said he couldn't track my actual in-game expenditures or give me any record of them, so even though I was specifically building Zen up to buy the Vesta-three pack and knew exactly how much I'd been saving during that time... well, he can just declare that I got a thousand Zen in Stipends and that's that.

    Transaction logs would either make such things clearly inaccurate or else shut my mouth when it turned out I was wrong. Either way, I have no way to appeal beyond waiting to see if my next stipend shows up, and that doesn't prove anything for the year's worth of stipends I can't account for in my own records.

    Being told to just trust that they're right and I'm wrong doesn't endear me to the process. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong, but show me. That doesn't seem unreasonable to ask.

    Its probably on its way, still not here today but I'll hold out til the end of the week. I've never missed a stiepend and wouldn't have said anything but February is a funny month! :P
