Hi All,
I noticed the bug in the middle of an STF tonight. As per the screenshots (links below) I have the bug on CRF3 and APA3. It may or may not be related, but the glitch stared pretty much when I changed some Doff's around. STOWIKI show's APA3 as having a 90s cool-down
http://www.stowiki.org/Ability:_Attack_Pattern_Alpha and CRF3 as having a 30s cool-down.
Also, on a different note when I change an aft weapon I lose the autofire capability. All weapons have auto fire activated but I have to constantly use the keybind key to fire. I have tried turning them off/on, switching slots as well as changing autoattack settings in the options window. The interesting thing is when i put the original weapon back in it works again.

Just took a look through your screenshots. Your first three don't show anything too odd. Remember that STO rounds any times higher than 1 minute upwards to the next minute. For example, APA has a 1m 30s, but when you activate it STO will initially show a 2min cooldown -- this happens on all abilities with times longer than 1 min.
Also note that if you had any cooldown speed debuff applied to you (like SNB) while an ability was cooldown down, the "time left" graphical dial will display the fraction of time left based off of the extended cooldown time that you suffered. (Hence, why your first screenshot might have shown the 1/4-time left, 15s remaining on CRF.)
I'm more concerned about the last screenshot. CRF shouldn't have a 2min cooldown unless you're being affected by a CD-speed debuff. Silly question, but did you remember to spend bridge officer skill points on it?

I should have noted in my OP, the additional screenshots were added to show that not all ability's have the issue. All the BO's Have full points in their respective skills, also Subnucleonic Beam was not the issue

I wonder if all the fighter spam from our 2 Kar'Fi carriers and the AI carriers had something to do with it.
