Missing Photonic Fleet

I had the science ablilty Photonic Fleet then ik got to lvl 50 and the fleet dissapear. please fix this

    did you check to see if you can manually slot the skill into your power tray?

    yup, they're completely gone from my ability tray as well as Science fleet and the other science ablilties for my toon except sensor scan

    In your skills menu, does it say Skills Invalid - Respec ?

    That has messed up class skills for me before, because it messes up your rank until you respec and put your skill points back in. If it is broken this way, the respec is free.
