All Mk XII Phased Tetryon Dual and Dual Heavy Cannons can now be fitted on Multi-Mission Science Vessels.
Quad Disruptor Cannons can now be fitted on the same Classes as allowed by the Quad Phaser Cannons.
Lunge and Pounce now share a 6.0sec Category Cooldown.
Andorian Ships Updated:
Phaser Dispersal Array:
Increased the damage of the Overload attack.
Decreased the charge up time from 4 seconds to 2 seconds.
This no longer shares a category cooldown with Cannon: Rapid Fire or Cannon: Scatter Volley.
This now has a 30 second shared cooldown with the Tachyon Blast from the Tachyon Induction Relay console.
Tachyon Induction Relay:
The Tachyon Blast from this console now increases damage to the target's Shields by 25% for 15 seconds.
If you have the three piece set bonus, your Wing Cannon Platforms will also benefit from this change, but their Tachyon Blast only increases damage to the target's shields by 5%.
These effects stack.

sorry but they are incredibly weak (even with the increase to hull and shields) for a 3 minute CD....

Come to the PvP forum and feel free to post any of your ideas or concerns regarding Caitians/Feresans in PvP.
I am getting very tired of saying this, and not having Cryptic pay any attention, but they need to stop listening to PvPers. If these people think that a weapon is overpowered, they need to stop fighting each other, and take these powerful weapons into Elite STFs. When they are faced with multiple Elite Tactical Drones, or swamped 3 to 1 with cubes, they will be GLAD to have those weapons! :mad:
And so us pure STFers get punished by getting all of our stuff nerfed, even though we never complained because those powerful weapons actually HELPED us! :mad:
All these nerfs due to whiney PvPers is getting rediculous. Trico torpedoes are subspace weapons and so they shuold be stupid powerful, but the PvPers kept dying to them because they couldn't defend against them so now quantum torps are just as powerful. I woul say to rebuff them, but yeah, That will never happen.

My question is of all the things that need changing, why this? Are the cat-species that dominant in PvP?
To make things clear, there no exist better races than the Caitians/Ferasans in Ground PvP/PvE.
For example, Jump height can be used to exploit pathing mistakes on Shanty Town to access areas where other players cannot follow and to directly cross obstacles that should be impassible. Even if it were not for this, jump height would be a powerful ability: you can evade most of the damage from engineer mines and bombs by jumping over them, jump to evade the damage from a grenade or an orbital strike (even if you are rooted)
And also they have their unique trait (Feline Instincts/Predatory Instincts).
This trait is the only one on ground that provides a dodge bonus.. since dodging (taking-half damage) is the most important stat on ground caitians/ferasans are the only races that have access to it and thus are more durable then any other race. The difference noticed by a cat stacking up: trait bonus + omega + gambler + crouch/sprint + additional dodge from teammates with omega is so huge that it may also be worth looking if dodging is maybe stacking to good in general
Combine all that with Pounce and you have the deadliest Race for PvP and also PvE (you dont need all that to be the best in PvE, you can win using just one hand).
So we -the handful of guys that do PvP- decided to make threads regarding this several issues, you see, we care about game balance and fair gameplay, we don't wan't Ground to become the place only for Cats because they are the best and there doesn't exist something comparable. This is not a nerf, is a balance pass.
And seriously, all your game style in STFs depends if you use Punce and Lunge at the same time?
Not the playing style, but using them together sometimes can be the only thing that separates you from winning and losing Elite STFs. If you don't like Pounce and Lunge, run Hive Elite. When you are facing the Queen, plus countless drones all around, using Lunge and Pounce together will actually save your life, and HELP take the Queen to the death she deserves! Plus, the extra jump actually will save you from being fried by the one-hit-kills electric floors.
All these nerfs due to whiney PvPers is getting rediculous. They die to the Cube from THE OTHER SIDE OF THE GATE, which then comes over to attack me, PLUS the Cube I was already fighting. Along the way, the same wacko goes to the other side of the map, activates another Cube, and dies to it too. The Cube then comes ACROSS THE MAP to attack me. I now am alone against 3 Cubes, and team-mates don't come help! (:mad:) Spamming fully-buffed Tricobalts is the only way I managed to kill all 3! I got down to less than 10% hull and no shields, but I survived. So, Tricobalts actually can and will save your life!
So people need to stop complaining about powerful weapons that saved your life. Stop complaining about powerful weapons that actually HELP you. Take them into an Elite STF, and you will be GLAD that you had those weapons! :mad:

(I don't have either do I have no bias to either side)
Kumari it so good that some of my kdf friends want to buy the kumari and one wants to switch side to fed because kdf is forgotten in his opinion and he want to fly such a great escort.It saddens me but I do understand them all and I asked them to use their new ship only in FvF.
(They will remain my friends even if they will be flying kumari and even if they will kill me on arena)

That is before the new patch so I guess after the patch comes live it will be worse to anybody who doesn't fly a jhas.

I agree entirely. Instead of appeasing the every demands of the PvPers, the devs should work on the stuff that actually matters, adding content for KDF. Give the KDF some Zen Store Ships equivalent to the Kumari, Vesta, and what have you. Give KDF more Zen Store costumes. Make the KDF story mission rewards give (at least) MK XI stuff. Do that, THEN we can focus on trivial matters like PvP.
That fact that it IS something you have to purchase in order to unlock means that by nature it SHOULD be better than the stuff you get for free. Same is true for species, ships, weapons, and anything else Zen Store offers. It is SUPPOSED to be better than the free stuff, or else it would be given for free.
Now if you want to argue about being Elitist, or about not wanting to spend real money, then just use the Dilithium Exchange. Turn your Dilithium into Zen, then you too can have the best species, the best weapons, and the best ships. All of this is possible by only using in-game currencies. You just need to work for it. That's right. If you want the best stuff, you need to work for it. The work is good for you anyway. It builds character.
That is how I got my Ferasan and Caitians species, my Odyssey Pack, my Fleet Negh'Var, and all the weapons and equipment on them. Every last bit of it was bought through work and Dilithium Exchange. Problem solved.
