M.A.C.O. Gear Not showing

I finally grinded fro the MK XI Maco ste. I got all three pieces and the 3 accolades. But I can not select it as a costume.

I have made sure they were all MK XI, and that they were ALL Maco. I have put them all on, enabled visuals, disapled visuals, wend to the tailor and the only option I get is Uniform, Off duty,and formal. I have sold them to the vendor and reclaimed them, and still nothing. I have force verified the client, and even waited for today's update. I can not get the uniform to unlock.... I tried in 2 of the 3 costume slots i have available. Just nothing for Maco shows up...

I got the M.A.C.O. Veteran, M.A.C.O. Recruit, accolades. Which the Maco Veteran says collect all three mk XI's and Unlocks the title Maco Veteran and costume.

I am at a loss. I did submit a ticked and I am sure it will be 3 weeks before I hear back since its the holidays for them....

Any help would be great!!

    Open the character up in the tailor and there will be a drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Your MACO outfit should be in there.

    I was having the same problem, tried relogging a few times, rezoning etc. It showed up randomly when opening and closing tailor though :confused:

    I have been checking it every couple hours, but I will try it a few times back to back for a few..

    still nothing, and after over 2 days the ticket has failed to be responded too, go figure.....Not even a GM willing to help here??

    YAY!!! 6 days with a ticket and no reply from a GM, guess it wasn't the golden ticket...And 5 days here and not one GM could bother saying anything... Hey FANTASTIC job being customer friendly! By far the best company online hands down!! Keep up the GREAT work Cryptic people!

    i'm having the same problem. i collected all 3 pieces of the Mark XI MACO ground set and it unlocked accolade and says the costume should be available but it's not. is this a bug or are we missing something?

    Ok I thought I had this problem but what you have to do is change what type of costume the selection is.

    1) go to a new costume slot or one you don't want.
    2) Click Next (on the bottom of the customization window) 2 times and you should get to the 3rd Menu, on this menu on the top right of the customization window is a tiny drop down menu
    3) Click that drop down menu and there should be 4 options, including the Off-Duty, Formal, and finally M.A.C.O. options (or omega or Honor Guard depending on which set you got fully) With this you can then proceed to the next menu
    4) after you have selected MACO/Omega/Honor Guard, you can then put on extra stuff (like grenades or armor) and colorize the set

    From what I understand you get the bare minimum MACO set with X and you get some chest gear and belt with XI. XII is helmet and all the bells and whistles. Anyway hope that helps. I thought my costume was missing but its just not super obvious to people who don't use costumes too much.

    If your want the helmet armor as well you need to do the Elite and get Mk XII.

    Also, save before you come out of the tailor. If you want to make a minor adjustment another day you may find it reverts back to default and you need to select the drop down again and redo.

    Holy cow, it has been nearly 28 days. And yet my other characters can wear the armour and my caitian still is unable. I have tried all the suggestions here. The ticket i submitted said, i am sorry we can not help you please report a bug... Great!! I did and nothing has been done. Thanks !!

    So still my caitian does not have a option to show the armor in the tailor. All the gear is MX XI. So I am beginning to wonder how long does a player have to sit before they get assistance with such a stupid issue?

    Any GM/Mod/Dev care to respond or maybe just help??
    Slowly and slowly it really starts to look the only people that care are the ones that play the game and not the official employees...

    Ok now at this point for the lack help from the game officials i have tried to (and yes it was a reach) I picked up the mk X gear as well in the MACO set. Nothing triggered and nothing for an option in the Tailor for MACO. So now I have the MACO mk X, Maco Mk xi, and Omega mk XI. And the only option to show up in the tailor is Omega. I have logged out and in a few times, tried different and new costume slots, changed instances, taken off gear and put it back on, sold and reclaimed, stored and retrieved. The option for MACO jsut does not exist. I have the full MACO set on other characters and they work fine, But on this one Caitian it does not... I have seen other caitains wear them, in fact a friend of mine has the same charater class and he got his maco just fine... No problems.

    I also have the accolades MACO Veteren (which unlocks the costume), and Maco Recruit. Which both unlocked at the same time when I got my last piece of MK XI Maco armor...

    Submitted a ticket and eventually was told to send a bug ticket. Thant has been a while ago now and still nothing! The only other things I can think of since GM's,Devs,Mods, and other cryptic officials will NOT help a customer with a problem is either farm mk XI again to see if it will trigger, or just MK XII. Just really wish SOMEONE would help!!!

    But to the players, even though nothing thus far has helped, thank you all for your assistance. You guys are more helpful than cryptic at this point!!!!!

    Hey GM's, Still need your help!! MACO gear still not showing up! and Still have not had any help!! Tickets are useless. Just a little help is asked!

    Are you a female caitian? We have a bug where female caitians do not get the costumes unlocked if you purchase the MK XI MACO set. We are working on a fix now.

    You sure it's limited to Caitans? I purchased the MK XI Maco set and don't have an additional costume pieces...and my captain is just a plain ol' american girl ;)

    Same problem here with a male alien and Mk X M.A.C.O. Gear.

    having the same problem its not that we dont have the right gear or dont have the acolade just that the tailotr option seems to be a bit buggy just wont activate so when we check the button to switch between uniform , off duty and formal that is all there is to chose maco just does not appear.

    on a side note is there any chance on getting a estimate on when the fix for some races not being able to "equip "the maco costume overlay wil be aviailable as there already where some patches since the 1st post late last year.

    dude i am haveing the ecxact same problem with my alien carector, i have the full set but cant get it to show, when im at a tailor maco doesent show up it sucks i also wish the would just F*CKEN FIX IT. i worked hard fo rthe armor i bet you did to so ik the we bolth want it on.

    I just got the mk x maco set today, my character is a custom alien, looks human though, and I can't get the maco visuals to show. What's up? Is this bug ever going to be fixed?

    My two main chars:

    One of them had maco, omega both mk XII with second look unlocked pre season 7. I take the adapter maco and unlocked one of aditional looks.... one of them (is missing without reputation option or without being usable.

    The second.... prior to season 7 I have the maco mk XI. Now I take the mk XII (all pieces from reputation system... beacouse i have two of them on borg tech, waiting for use when season 7 come and they was destroyed). On tailor, I can use only the maco XI options, the maco XII dont exist.

    Or I doing something wrong, or the problema isnt only catians females, and affect to all female characters. (the first char is vulcan the second joined trill)... or exist a very big bug.

    If someone had any ideas, they will be become.

    Got that prob to on my Female Joined Trill. Maby some day PWE will will fix bugs instead of releasing more.-_-

    You need to unlock MK XI and MK XII for Additional Costumes. Also The Adepted Maco Unlocks the MAco Style 4.

    Just to clear a few things up.

    * You have to run the "unlock project" in the rep tab to have the menu pop in the tailor
    (... and you need the full MK XII set to unlock, the unlock project lmao)

    So you have to unlock t5 to unlock the sets to unlock the tailor unlock - so simple and intuitive, right.

    * If you have a "hybrid"; set pieces from before season 7 or even optional objective gained POST season 7, the "unlock project" will NOT show up and you cannot get the optional set, AT ALL.
    (They assumed everyone would either already have everything or would have to get everything)
    This is of course the critical error in that season 7 was released entirely based on the premise that they were doing us a HUGE favour "60 % saved time".
    And here we are, the sets litterly blocked completely.

    * In addition to that there is also a helmet and chest problem for certain races.

    Are they working on it, do they even care - I don't know but in the end the "60 % saved time" is lost and long overdue and so to me we are way past the point of redeeming creditibility.
    And it's not that they don't know; we've been bumping 3 threads for 2 months and sent out the right mails.

    All I can is it's just not good enough.
