Missing in action

Today while flying my brand new Jem'Hadar heavy escort carrier, in a foundry mission, i changed maps and the console that came with the ship vanished, I immediately submitted a ticket. Has anyone else suffered something like this?

    was it on your ship or in inventory? you could have accidently sold it.

    but theres also a thing thats happened to me sometimes if your clicking items fast it asks if you want to equip then says you cannot equip and seems to discard straight after i've got that a few times lost some nice things too was able to use retrive on replicator on a few things but others just seemed to vanish completly i dont really have an idea on that

    No the console was on my ship and was active in my tray. I don't muck around with things during the farming mission as it is to easy to make a mistake and loose things. I just jumped to the next part of the mission, and noticed that the tool bar did not look right, i checked to see what was missing and it was the ability, so i checked to see if the console was still in its place as sometimes the bar abilities can drop, but the console was missing. i checked the replicator as you said and it was not there, nor was it in my inventory.

    To be honest i have no idea what happened.

    Well after much pondering, and discussion, it would seem i will never get my console back, as i have been told that, the fault was not theirs.:eek:

    Now i ask you how can it not be? for a console just to vanish into nothingness, as if it did not exist? changing between maps? How is that not a fault of the game?:confused:
