    NVIDIA card here, everything maxed out, no problems.

    although my pc is only 3 weeks old..so we'll see lol

    Just done an emergency restart which is taking the **** when they decide to do it during the mirror event.

    BURN IN HELL.

    I'd go with five seconds, or until the power's activated again. Either way's cool, but I think this is a very reasonable, sensible and appropriate answer to the issues.

    Way to go Cryptic!

    Couldn't make your main server handle the load, and you fully expect a heavy load to survive on Tribble? Pfft...

    Time to fire your hardware team, and get some new hardware tech guys that actually know how to manage a "server farm". 3 years running, and you still can't manage to maintain your servers at an -acceptable- uptime.

    Good luck to you guys trying to get on Tribble...
    Personally, after this weeks average perfomance I couldn't think of anything nice to say there, so I guess I better stay away.

    seeing as i cannot access tribble here is a Q for the cryptic dev's : with all this downtime during the 3rd year party event will you be adding a few days to make up for the down time ?

    Or make a tutorial about the options menu (the video tab if possible) :rolleyes:

    pc games have settings ...its not a console game with no settings.

    No that wouldn't be it. An overfed tribble would have 30 babies that you could put in new wheels, it's an organic perpetual motion machine. The targ by contrast would try to gore all of Cryptic's sta- :confused:

    nice, after much waiting, got to character selection on tribble, took 3-4 mins to load character, as soon as i saw a glimpse of my ship it crashed and ended up at the log in screen

    hope part of the Q and A session is when ppl cant actually get on to ask questions..... >.>

    I've seen an awful lot of ******** and moaning over the past week.
    We ALL have high standards for the games we want to play and down time is an unfortunate side effect of trying to provide a service to match those expectations. Instead of moaning why don't you congratulate the guys at Cryptic for coming up with a game that get you so passionate and angry when you cant play.

    I for one am thankful that their are people out there that have the imagination and courage to put and idea like STO out to the whole world.

    I think considering the size of the project and the amount of demand their systems must put up with, they are doing a great job. When you consider their systems are up and running for more than 300 days a year 24 hours a day. in the grand scheme of things those stats are really good.

    And I as an IT Systems Consultant would be very happy with that.

    Your doing a great job Crypic Guys Keep it up. Its a great game. :D:D:D
