Cooldown Bug is back in a different form

So most of us knew about the cooldown bug a couple of weeks back that was great fun, making all space cooldowns half what they should have been.

They fixed it. Fair enough.

However it is now back. In a new form.

The Romulan Bridge Officers from the embassy with the Covert Operative space trait grant 2.5%/3.8% chance to crit (which is awesome by the way) AND a 10%/15% reduction in the cooldown of CLOAKING abilities. This ability is actually effecting ALL space skills the same way the transporter doff bug did.

So there you go devs, I've told you about it. I'm sure you will want to fix it asap. Or you could leave it, making the game slightly more fun.

    At least it's only space abilities this time (it is just space abilities right?). Only half as big a TRIBBLE up.

    incorrect. your captain skill cds are reduced, too. my apa is at 1min 2sec recast ...

    Sorry Cryptic,

    but the new Fleet Boffs with a higher Crit Chance take all cooldowns down..... please make a emergency Server down and fix this.... We have waiting so long for the fix with the old cooldown problem and now the same problem with other Boffs.... :mad: :mad: :mad:

    This boff bug consists of the tactical romulan bridge officers, it stats +2.5% crit and -10% cooldown to cloaking abilities, however the last effect is reducing ALL cooldowns by that 10%, CRF, THY, TS, TSS, EPTS, ATS, every power incuding capt abilities.

    Currently I only have access to the green quality boffs from the embassy, but I would assume it works the same with the blues or purples.
