Mirror Material for our ships.

Okay devs... how about those smexy mirror skin materials for all our ships? :P (granted no one would most likely use then at lower tiers.. but as the fleet vessels solve that problem.. Think you could charge us 1k, 2k, 4k zen points for access to the mirror skins for our ship of choice?

P.S. Also a sneaky attempt at a Typhoon/Jupiter included.

    That would kind of undermine all those Mirror ships in the lockboxes. But it would still be cool.

    wait long enough, and assuming sto is still about, you will likely see them all in future lockboxes.. :|

    Even the lower tier ships would be killer... give me a reason to buy more character space to start new toons!

    Plus all these ships so much better with mirror skins on

    I wish the mirror skin was customizable. I HATE that shade of yellow !

    not quite.. the mirror lockbox ships have the stats of the other ship (ie star cruiser box has the assault cruiser stats)

    This is cool. I did post a suggestion yesterday under the feedback forum saying that a c-store mirrorverse skin set that would allow you to add mirrorverse designs and color schemes onto existing ships would be a very welcomed sight; sadly those that posted were less than excited about the idea...

    Does unpacking the lockbox ship add the mirror skin option for the normal ship of that type? I know it does with the time ships (unpacking Mobius gives you the mirror skin for Wells), but does it work on normal ships?.

    Negative. The mirror universe skins are exclusive to the mirror universe ships themselves.

    Fortunately the mirror skins arent exclusive to the mirror ships, I got an mirror assault cruiser and therefore unlocked the skin for my Regent

    Simply put.. the skins are already in game. What harm would it do just to add the to the c-store? (Along with the I.S.S.) It's not like they'ed have to hire someone to make this so it would be pure profit in their pockets...

    But then they'd have to hire someone to make new stuff for lockboxes. ;)

    In the end, I believe the mirror lockbox ships are better value. They allow players to gain multiple standard ships without paying the through the nose in dilithium and as someone already confirmed the skin does unlock for related non-mirror ships (like mirror assault cruiser->regent), it's inevitably cheaper to aqcuire it that way than paying zen in the c-store.
