T5 Romulan rep, didn't get mission

  Zoning/Time takes care of the Rommie T5 'mission' pop-up. But half my captains never got the Omega T5 equivalent (500 OM and BNPs/etc).
  
  Oh well, not worth making tickets over.

  *edit* went and did a tau dewa patrol and it popped, so problem solved. and guess thats a solution for anyone else who has this issue.

  
  The missions tied to earning the accolade... its been a long time bug with some accolades requiring you to change zones before being awarded....

  Run a project that converts 50 romulan marks into dilithium. Once that completes, it should trigger it.

  I didnt see if someone gave you the answer yet, You have to que up and run the tier 4 mission "Power Source" again. And at the end of it it waill say "Hail D'tan" and there will be a cut scene movie and then you will get the 750 Marks and 40k DIl bonus.
