Team chat not working - [System] Cannot find channel "Teamid_Holodeck20506930"

I often get this kind error message when trying to say something on Team chat.

[System] Cannot find channel "Teamid_Holodeck20506930".

Very annoying, especially during STFs.

Is this a known bug or is it something with my configuration?

    Has been an issue for a very long time now.

    As a workaround, I have bound a command to a hotkey that I need to sometimes use repeatedly to make my team chat work, i.e. allow messages to actually be sent - usually after warping in, and again up to 5 minutes thereafter.

    Something like, /bind Numpad5 channel_setcurrent Team

    This happens when you keep your chat drop-down menu on 'Team', and then exit the team/stf/fleet action, and start a new one. Since your old team no longer exists, you get that error. Just re-select 'Team' in the drop-down menu again.

    Tried both (channel_setcurrent Team and manually selecting Team again) and they worked.
