No loot/skill point drops upon killing enemies

  I DO get these drops normally in multi-player maps like Starbase 24 and the Mirror event, but not when I'm by myself on dailies or foundry missions. The yellow text that pops up announcing points DOES happen here as do loot drops.
  
  I don't now how the no-loot and no-boff skill points are related, but they are because they only happen at the same time as the other.

  
  
  I'm having this exact same issue. Right when I hit 50, no loot drops from foundry missions.

  Same thing except it seams the first few times I do a foundry missions for the day I get loot. After that I get nothing. Sometimes Ive logged off then tryed again and I get loot for a little while then it stops and nothing for as long as I continue to play. It carries over to episode missions and anything else I do solo.
