Fleet Events (Not Game Calender), NEED HELP

I'm the Founder of my fleet, I've noticed that each time I create an event within my fleet and when I indicate the time on the New Event (e.g. 10am on a Saturday) it would change the time after I click OK to 2am. I'm not sure if the time 2am as indicated is based on my time zone or what?

And can anyone confirm that the time settings is based on US time zone and it will change after pressing OK to our specific time zone?

    The time on the events page is the time where Cryptic is located.
    So you have to plan the event time as it would be in Cryptic's timezone (PST I think but don't hold me on that)
