Omega Force Engine Slipstream broken

The Omega Force Engine Slipstream cooldown decrease bonus does not work anymore.
Telling by the horizontal cooldown bar, I would guess that somebody mistakenly added a 2 minute shared cooldown to the Quantum Slipstream Drive Power.
And since the Omega Force Engine only reduces it's regular cooldown, it doesn't work anymore.
