It been 4 weeks since the andorian bridge officer to the starbase is broken. After 100 bug reports sent 2 ticket explaining what happening. what else do you need to fix the problem. if you wish i will hold your hand and walk you through the process. I invite you to the fleet to see what wrong see for yourself

    It really is dull to see the same project posted for a month, not able to do anything about it. please if we could get a reply to this because its a project we've been looking forward to complete so we can add features to the base such as these other DOFF Assignments.

    It's getting so frustrating now, I thought they would fix it in the latest patch but no joy.

    Surely it should only be a 5 second fix server side... :mad:

    So maybe if we complain about how our window look on our ship, man would cryptic do that in a rush it would be done in 5 min. but a bug that hurts a fleet progress nothing get done

    Wow! I cannot believe a business that has nicely been asked to fix the bridge officer starbase upgrade problem hasn't fixed the problem in over 4 weeks?

    I cannot believe that when a person starts getting upset and a little sarcastic trying to get Cryptics attention because being nice doesn't work; gets permanently banned from the forums. Now, Hydrodura is a martyr for those who actually want a good star trek game.

    Everyone needs to know, the forum thread does not appear to accomplish anything, submitting tickets does not accomplish anything, and paying Cryptic more than any other MMO does not accomplish anything.

    Bottom line, if there is something broke in STO, just play the game and be quiet or quit.

    This truly saddens me, as I have been a star trek fan all my life and overall this game is awesome. I want Cryptic to succeed, I want to play at least a decent quality game. I would love to think that all the money I have spent on this game would be going towards a quality control team that actually cared and fixed the problem in a reasonable time and doesn't get their feelings hurt when someone gets a little sarcastic after several formal nice complaints over the course of a month for one major problem.

    I throw my arms up! I give up! The definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Thanks Cryptic letting us submit tickets that only get us no results.
