Apply Veteran Skin to Armitage

I was trying to apply the veteran material to my Armitage and I got an error telling me I needed to buy it, but since I already do own it the price reads "free" so then I click buy and I get a message telling me I already had bought it...

Some people buy Tier 6 ships and expect to win. Other people buy Tier 6 ships and are Tier 6 pilots.

    I get the same message when I try to change the skin of the Heavy Escort Carrier back to Armitage (from Akira/Zephyr/whatever)
