Normally, when something is bugged it isn't working good. Here is a bug where something works to good.

I did the shuttle mission at DS9. The third one from the Second Wave cyclus. Flying the shuttle I could use all the Boff abillities; everything I can do on my main ship, I can do in the shuttle.

Maybe I have missed some patch notes, but I think it is not supposed to work this way.

    I found this while my brother an I were doing The Vault yesterday, as well. Both he and I were able to use a majority of our Bridge Officers' abilities, while in our shuttles. I was flying a Captain's Yacht, and he was flying a Danube Class Runabout.
    - LTS since shortly before the F2P announcement, and very happy about it.
