Weapons Tray

Not sure how this happened, but when I logged in to play today, my weapons tray disappeared. Just to be clear, the little tray that shows your weapons and tick off numbers while they get ready to fire again. I can go to the "rearrange HUD" and I can see the box for the tray and move it around. There is nothing over lapping it, and it is not hidden. When I go back to play, the tray is still missing. I've tried moving the tray all over the screen, hiding it and then showing it. It's just not there... No idea what I did, no idea what to do. Asked my fleet and friends and they've no clue either.
Anybody have any suggestions or ideas?

    I'm getting the same.. my fed char shows the weap tray just fine, but Klingon doesn't show it no matter what I do.

    try switching your tray setting to 1, 2 or 3. i'm pretty sure tray setting 4 auto hides the weapons window, whether you like it or not.
