Chat Chans Vanish

It appears there is a slight bug with the new CHANGE CHARACTER feature thats been added. Every time you log in if you use the change character option the OFFICERS chat chan vanishes from your chat. You can read what others type but you can not reply on that chan until you log out/in.

    I confirm this but this also works with Fleet chats vanishing, but you can hear all the fleet members if you are on multiple fleets for fed and kdf
