Exchange Bug?

Hello,

maybe someone can help me.

I sold 2x 5 Lock Box Keys for 7,000.000 each. Makes 14,000.000

My Credit account already had about 3,800.000.

But Exchange and my Inventory tell me that I only have 10.000.000 Credits.

I already sent a GM request, but maybe I should have done a bug file.


Did someone else have such problems?

    Are you a silver player without the Energy Credit Cap Increase ? Without the increase, your EC is maxed at 10M, if you earn more it just vanishes

    Free to Play accounts have a 10 million energy credit cap. You can buy a credit cap increase from the zen store, and it's something I'd really recommend any free to play player does.

    I'm afraid you wont get those lost credits back either.

    Well I was bored to hell from opening the Lock Boxes to get the Wells ship.
