Inadvertently respec'd, and now cant upgrade past tier 1 skills.

Like the title stated, I was trying to upgrade my captain's skills yesterday, but I couldnt upgrade because it told me it was invalid or something. I believe there is a thread about that elsewhere. But now I log in today and all my skills have been respec'd (even though I am a F2P player and posses no respec tokens) and it wont let me upgrade my skills past the first level of skills. For reference, I am a klingon player at level 50, so there is no reason why it should be limiting my skill training, right? Any help on this would be awesome. Qapla'!

    Hello bro, had a similar problem with my Klingon dude this morning (Only noticed in a STF DX)

    What you have to do, is evenly upgrade your things to the top (In the first tier) as you have to upgrade them a certain amount to unlock the next one. Bit strange, i know but it worked for me. I was a Lvl 44 klingon at that time,btw
