Heavy Escort Carrier Customisation

I've been trying to customise my heavy escort carrier, but every time I try and have a part from the Armitage class I run into a problem. When I click purchase it tells me I need to buy the heavy escort carrier to purchase it, but as I already purchased it the price for the item in Zen is free. This would be fine, but if I click buy it tells me I already have the item, but I can't click ok until it purchases it

    Try this solution...

    1) Take all your items out of your Armitage

    2) Discharge the ship

    3) Reclaim again from the C-Store

    4) Try customizing it.

    well, there's an idea. I'd tried just about everything else. It's worth a shot, I guess
