I cannot seem to purchase these stupid zen points because it keeps telling me that I need a Level 10 character I HAVE 6 Lvl 50s!
What gives?!
When I try to contact someone about this issue my browsers(yes plural!) all tell me that it cannot connect at this time!
The frustration I'm experiencing currently is needless!
I have been playing this game for a few years now and this is the first time I've been so irritated that it's beginning to have an effect on my attitude toward continuing. MAINLY because of the lack of support from Perfect World.

This is a false positive that's caused because STO's database hasn't been integrated in the system that PWE uses...
You can simply ignore this message, go ahead and setup your account purchase profile at the PWE site. Then you can purchase Zen directly, or enter the PWE game cards purchased locally...
(I prefer using the PWE cards, as the direct purchases I've made has a 'foreign transaction' fee added by my credit card provider, as PWE's merchant bank is based in London)
Have you linked your Cryptic and PWE account? You'll need to do that in order to purchase ZEN. That's the most common reason legacy Cryptic players see that error--because you don't have any characters on your PWE account until you link. You can find information here on linking your accounts.
If that's not the issue, only Billing will be able to assist you. You can email in directly to customerservice@perfectworld.com if support.perfectworld.com is not working for you.

I followed the instructions to add my main chair and it doesn't show up
yet I did a free survey and transferred 83 zen to my account.
so why can't I buy zen?
