No hail for Science Bridge officer

Hey guys i have a question,
I did the borg thing that you have to walk through a tunnel, you die and you get the accolade to get yourself a science bridge officer.
When i at the USS Victory i get no hail to get the bridge officer.
Does anyone has a clue on what the problem could be?

To be able to contact her, you need to do the 1st mission ("Report to Gamma Orionis") of the Borg Collective Episode.
Assuming you have not changed the default hotkeys, "j" opens the User Interface you want. Go to the "Episodes" tab across the top, and check for the "Borg Collective" tab down the left side.
I will guess that the Borg Collective tab is greyed out for you. From here you have two options:
1) Play all of the missions until you unlock the Borg Collective Episode
2) Skip as many missions as you can until you unlock the Borg Collective Episode. Note on this point: you can't skip every mission. At the very least you need to meet the minimum level requirements of the mission you are trying to skip--Level 42 required to skip the last mission of the "Cardassian Struggle" Episode. (Since you need to be Level 44 to run the Special Task Force missions, this should not be a problem for you.) You are also required (as far as I can tell) to complete the first mission of each Episode, aka cannot be skipped.
Once you can speak to Four of Ten, the Borg Science Bridge Officer Candidate award given by the "Assimilated" accolade from the "Khitomer Accord" Special Task Force mission should be offered to you.
Indeed i havn't played any of the borg episodes yet.
So I found out about the liberated borg science officer and played Khitomer in Stasis, stepped into the reconverter... twice... but no accolade. So I checked my completed accolades and I found that "Assimilated" was already there. However rather than being gained from stepping into the reconverter it was awarded for destroying the Borg Cube in Fluidic Space.
So I have an accolade titled Assimilated, so I can't seem to get the one from Khitomer in Stasis, and I can't get the assignment to obtain the Liberated borg officer.
Is this a common problem? Is there a way around it? Or am I just doing something wrong or missing something?
First I must point out that I have not destroyed the cube in fluidic space, as in the Undine mission "Assimilation", so I had no "Assimilated" accolade so far.
The first time I tried, I completed the "report to gamma orionis" mission, then I played "Khitomer in Stasis", I walked into the IMR, I died but no assimilated accolade popped up.
So, I checked the Collective missions' log and I have noticed I didn't hail the second mission, "Collateral Damage", so I hailed it, I accepted the mission and I played "Khitomer in Stasis" again, I walked into the same IMR ( the first one you run into, I guess ) and, to make even more sure, I performed a jump right before the first green line on the floor inside the IMR, I died and then the accolade popped up, then I just went to Gamma Orionis, hailed the U.S.S. Victory, clicked on "Four of Ten" and I could see the "Assimilated accolade" button ... and that's all
