The Peghqu'! A true measure of Klingon worth!

commanderkassycommanderkassy Member Posts: 1,005 Arc User
edited October 2012 in Ten Forward
This ship is obviously designed to penetrate deeply into enemy lines. A mighty tool with which the Klingon Empire will strike forth and hammer their enemies. How better indeed to give the enemies of the Empire the shaft than with this massive, high performance hot rod of a starship! A large and powerful declaration of just how much your honor swells in the company of such fine heroes! The enemy may not see you coming, but they will feel fear as you quickly and powerfully bathe them in the white hot death of your disruptor cannons!

Go forth, warriors of the Empire, and show the enemy exactly what you are made of!

As a side note, does anyone else think it looks a bit phallic? Maybe it the front end should be changed to be more like the Bortas? Just an idea.

I can agree that the ship looks ugly, my point was that people will often focus on things that are on their mind. As the other poster mentioned freud, this focas could be conscious or subconscious. But in either case both men and women focas on that part of the human anatomy more than they realize, for some strange reason:eek:

^ Well Freud was a crack and sex addict remember haha.

But in general, I don't see what the OP is seeing either, the thing that has my attention is that the special weps for...well both 1000 day ships make no sense structurally...the KDF moe than anything else...I mean, is the inside of this ship folding space so that the wep can fit inside? Where is the warp core, etc?

LAzy stuff like this just shows that in the end Cryptic with just push aside logic.

    Kinda reminds me of this:

    http://cl.jroo.me/z3/t/c/A/d/a.aaa-Mushroom-fail.PNG

anyway my thought when I looked at the forward part of the ship was that it appeared like it could be opened/folded open at the front as well.

Perhaps an indication Cryptic has some additional functions (possibly for variants of that ship?) in mind.

    I don't know, it's just a very weird design.

I mean, overall, I love the ship. I love the design of the rest of it. I love how functional it is. It's a blast to play and has replaced my BoP. I just.. I'm confused. They had to know.

I think Cryptic must think it looks a bit phallic because they gave it a name that sounds like the Spanish slang term for the male genitalia.

It's a nice (pay to win) ship, although a bit fragile in pve. PRobably due to the lack of eng consoles. Don't get hit by a borg heavy torp! :D

If you want another TRIBBLE ship, look at the Atrox, it's even more visible.

A Dahar Mistress worthy of my Bat'Leth! this is a post that will be read in StoVoKor for ages!!!!

You are correct that this ship allows us to come from the rear and give a pulsing attack of our thick, green disruptor cannons but that is just the tip! But before we go all the way into battle, we will reach around and grab a flagon of blood wine, swallow it all down and destroy our enemies, then leave as our Targ-member nacelles extend and jump to warp to have a cigarette.
