KDF Cant pick up Firework Vetern reward

Just upgraded to lifetime membership (as many will with the current offer) and was grabbing the rewards due to the new enhanced lifetime subscription gets all the vet rewards offer.

My Fed toon can get their ship fireworks, but my KDF toon can't .. Seems to be a problem for a all players as Zone chat in Q'nos was confirming we where at the correct terminal in the barracks, but no one could slap the terminal

Whilst I know "fireworks" is NOT end game critical bug .. can we get a fix please

    Amen to that, I've been hoping that it is just a slight oversight, had no problems on Fed side. It is a "neat" item to have:)

    I was at the correct console in the barracks with some other players and none of us were able to get the interact dialog to claim the fireworks (worked fine on my FED toons)

    Its a bug? I was looking a while ago when I got that level of subscription and I though I was just being dumb and couldn't find it, and I was too lazy to ask around.

    They need to update the text for that. The console to claim the Fireworks for KDF is now located in the Shipyard. If I remember correctly, it's against the wall to the right as you enter from the transporter room and face the reception desk.

    Nope, not there either. I've run all around the Barracks and all around the Shipyard; nothing.

    Yup annoying bug as it would be nice to pick up the reward.

    Its bugged.

    I have tested this on the two KDF characters I own and neither of them see the glow effect on this console and the button to claim Fireworks does not appear. In contrast, my Fed characters had no problems claiming their fireworks animation from the console beside the repair guy.

    I wish I knew why Cryptic hates KDF so much. They make sure that everything works just fine and dandy for the Feds but when it comes to us KDF it is bugs galore.

    I have searched the Shipyard, the Barracks, and even the Academy. I even transferred to other instances of Qo'noS and did the same thing there but the vendor is inaccessible.

    I have paid my money, I have 'bought' the firework launcher reward so, not surprisingly, I WANT the damned thing! I know it is just a novelty item but it is the principle of the matter that counts. If they [Cryptic] went to a store and bought a box of cookies, took them home, opened the box, and the box was empty I think they'd be rushing back to the store to demand the cookies they bought ... this is the same principle.

    Cryptic, this is no way to run a business!! You took my money quickly enough, now give me the reward.

    I've been having the same problem. Fed's got the launcher, KDF's can't.

    From what I've been hearing the problem only exsists for LTS members who have NOT YET reached the 300 day mark. Upon reaching the 300 day you should still be able to pick up the launcher without a problem.

    So, eventhough I'd love PWE to fix the bug sooner rather than later, all should not be lost as we will get the launcher... eventually.

    They got the missing Characters slots working, how about the Klingon Fireworks and Android Bridge officer?

    Fireworks are getting sorted (in theory). From the patch notes:
    General:

    Resolved an issue that prevented KDF Lifetime subscribers from claiming their Fireworks emote.
