I am a lifetimesubscriber of Star Trek Online. After having been away for a while I decided to come back into the game. However, I still needed to connect my Cryptic account with a Perfect World account. Before I did this I had a balance of 4000+ zen, but after I connected the two accounts the balance reads 0.
How is this possible?
Did anyone else have this problem?
So I made a ticket and I get a confirmation mail that says:
Your question has been received. You should expect a response from us within 3-4 business days.
then once on this page click "Transfer Zen" under the "My Wallet"
then you'll see 3 drop downs
1. Select Game - STO
2. Select Server - Holodeck
3. Select Ammount.
when I baught Zen for the first time I logged in game and was like what the hay!
but after a little wandering around the "Perfect World" Zen in your wallet, I figured that when you buy Zen it doesn't go directly to the game it goes into this "Wallet" and you have to transfer it to the game you want it to be on. *edit* - "my thoughts are with your account linking to PWE recently I'm hoping that its just moved from STO back into your perfect world wallet*
totally sorry to hear about losing your Zen, hopefully Cryptic or Perfect World will get back to you.
I'd suggest having a look through the Wallet stuff though I had 70zen in game randomly dissapear once but it re-appeared again back in game after I scrutinized the wallet.
They're being very generous with the entire 3-4 business days thing. When I had a query, I got a response within one business day. The quality of support, at least so far, is "halfway decent". Although personally, I hope not to have any more encounters with them to make that impression worsen. The best tech support is the one you never have to talk to.

Well that at least is some good news. Tnx for the heads up!
You cannot see your Zen balance under your Account like you could when you had the Cryptic Account. The only place you can see your Zen balance now is by going to the C-Store: either online or in-game, and checking it there. Have you checked there to see if the 4,000 is still there?
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

Tnx for your suggestion. I tried it but there was only a 0 amount of zen to transfer.
