I have never had that many rewards in one mission.

Highly recommended to start that mission whenever possible :)

Here is a screenshot it has so many rewards it go's under the finished missions list
Even if it's not a critical succes you still get good stuff

Gotta love it. Most of the time half the rewards are random armors, weapons, and commodities, but the real good ones are prisoners.
I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.

Is anyone else finding problems with this assignment?

I have 3 characters, the lowest has a 20% critical chance, the other two are using all purples so its higher. I do this missions daily or every other day for the last 3-4 weeks, only one character has gotten a critical on it once, the odds of that are... staggeringly low.

Even if you take the min of 20% chance, every other day for 3 weeks thats 30 rolls for a 1/5 chance.

Strike Against Fugitive Support Network is probably the one with the richest rewards available. Yet once the mission goes critical, nothing this side of Smaug's horde would prepare you for what those three duty officers could cram into their shuttlecraft when they have a good day.

Always run it. Whenever you see it, run it. It's worth it.

I don't see the problem. I place my 3 Ground Warfare Specialists with Aggressive and Resolve in there, I either Success or Crit Success at a 25% Crit/75% Success rate.

I get a prisoner almost every time.
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

Merged. We don't really need two threads about this mission, with the exact same title. :)

You have to complete a chain before you can unlock this mission.

    http://www.stowiki.org/Assignment_chain:_Facility_4028_Fugitives

Once you complete the chain, it can be found in any sector, and it has about a one day cooldown.

Also, there are three DOFF missions that use a Dominion prisoner, but only the 'Exchange Prisoners with Dominion" found in Cardassian space is worth doing as it gives you a DOFF in return.

It shows up in various places under Sector or Tactical after you finish the Facility 4028 Fugitives assignment chain.

Indeed, well there are similar assignments for KDF, such as disable freighter, unauthorized raid.., to get more items or normal prisoners but it's fair since Klingons are a savage race which acts by feelings such as possession.
Ferengi acts by feelings such as Greedy,Vulcans - Logic,..etc
I updated the wikia Facility 4028 chain for the Klingons, if someone didn't started the chain yet i suggest to take a look on wikia to see requirements for the chain and be prepared, maybe buy a purple and/or a blue doff to increase the chances.
This assignment chain is an aggressive type and requires security or tactical doffs. If you have some Encrypted Chips saved , buy security officer borgs from Roxy and also make sure you didn't dismissed your Shroud (jemhadar) doffs rewarded from Duty Officer Requisition - Dominion Cadre from the Episode : Facility 4028
