Bought 2000 Zen Fleet Ship, Ship Tailor wants me to pay 1500 Zen more ?!

I just bought the KDF Fleet Scourge for 4 Fleet Modules ( = 2000 Zen).

Whats the first thing you do when you get a new ship?
You go to the Ship Tailor and look at the options, change your Bridge, your Windows etc.

well, not with this one.

As soon as i enter the Tailor Screen and just press Purchase, without changing anything it tells me that i have to pay 1500 Zen.



I bought all the KDF C-Store bridges and can not change my Bridge or Small/Medium/Big Ship layout, i can not change the type of Windows (i want the yellow ones), i can not change the Color or Pattern options, without having to buy the Tier 4 Version (not interested in that one at all).

i suspect this happens at least for the Nausicaan and Orion Ships, no idea about any others that might be affected.



That can't be working as intended?

    I got bought 3000 zen a week ago and still can not accesses it for my star trek online account. so i feel your trouble when it comes to zen and purchasing it. I coming to the end of my leave and cant do what i want in the game cause i cant get to my zen that i purchased

    You need to go to "My Wallet" and transfer than Zen to Star Trek Online or else it will just sit in your master account and not be available in any of Cryptic or PWE game.

    Unfortunately the Zen purchase and transfer process isn't all that user friendly for first time buyers. I was a bit confused myself the first go-around, and I've had to help others who've found themselves equally as confused by the process.

    I hope there may be some re-integration of currency purchase from the in-game UI in the future, as was previously possible with the Cryptic points :)
