Only Chief/Ensign rank pipes on uniform

Hello community,

i recently bought the "The Next Generation Season One" uniform pack. I can select the uniform on tailor, but the only rank pipes i can choose are Chief and Ensign (i tested it with different characters). The other uniforms work just fine. What is the proplem?

    Are your characters above those ranks?


    Obvious question, I know, but you don't get the option of pips higher than your rank.

    you realize that the level one rank is lieutenant?^^
    but yes i have tried it with some level 50 characters.

    Try using other costumes, do the rank pips come back? If so, what happens if you select the rank you want when the other costume is active then come back to the TNG S1 uniform? Does the rank stay or disappear?

    Other costumes show their specific rank pips without failure. If i preselect a rank on another costume and then switch to the TNG S1 it resets to none, and you can choose only the two mentioned.

    level 0 is ensign, when you're trough the tutorial you become 1 and lieutenent ;)
