not all bought ships from c-store are reclamable now i'm F2P

While i was a playing player some time ago i bought a lot of ships from the c-store on federation as well as on Klingon side
Now i came back as F2P and only 1 ship i bought on each side is reclaimable
Several of my characters have ships i bought out of the c-store but do not show as claimable ships
I read the Q&A and it clearly states those ships are account wide unlocked ....

yup they were all bought through the c-store
We used to spend a huge amouth of money on this game when it was pay to play
I have characters that fly ships that don't even show unlocked or claimable
a list of ships i bought in the past :
Kar'Fi Battle Carrier
Marauder Patrol Cruiser
B'rel Bird-of-Prey Retrofit
Exploration Cruiser Retrofit
Long Range Science Vessel Retrofit
Tactical Escort Retrofit
the only 2 i can claim are the Vulcan D'Kyr and the Guramba Siege Destroyer
I know it bought the Tactical Escort Retrofit because i was disappointing in it , also not claimable, none of my characters has it anymore because i deleted a few characters because i like leveling and restarted a few , lol
I'll try to find out how to contact customer support , never had to deal with them before

One thing about claiming C-Store ships to be aware of:
1) If the caharacter you're attemptiong to claim a ship for isn't high enough level to fly said ship, hyou won't be able to claim it.
Also, if you got a T5 ship using the previous in game Emblem system (which was replaced by the Dilithium system); that's not the same as purchasing a ship with C-Points back in the day.
You did say you spent a lot of money so I do assume you did purchase stuff from the C-Store with CP. If your characters are high enough level, and you're 100% certain you purchased a ship with CP that hyou now can't claim; yes, as stated by many above -- opening a ticket wityh customer support is your only option.

We (my wife and I) always bought c-store credits and bought ships , costumes etc that way
All my characters, except one are level 50
I have 4 Klingon and 3 fed characters , just deleted a fed char to start a low level Klingon one which just reached 30
I just submitted a ticket and hope to get some response soon

This ship was claimable using a VA ship token back when the game was subscription based. Sure you didn't buy this one with a VA token?
but that does not explain why all the other ones are not unlocked either , even though i still fly them
You got the token when quinn promoted you to VA and you then went down to the shipyard and got a tier V ship. You don't ever "see" the token, just like you never see a retrain token sitting in your inventory. Quinn just tells you to go see LT Laurel and she lets you buy a ship.
When f2p launched, the free VA ships went away and only the tons who had reached VA and unlocked that ship (on that toon) had the ship.
I'm not saying that you didn't spend money or unlock c-store ships in all cases. I am just saying that the tactical escort you mentioned was a free ship available to any player who reached VA rank before F2P launched (as a per character unlock).
Odds are you claimed this as a VA on one of your toons as a free ship for making VA and didn't buy it in the C-store, which would explain why one toon has it, and the others can't claim it.

Hello ,
We have reviewed the account and our investigation shows that the ships you have listed have not yet been purchased via the C-Store on this account.
It is possible that these ships were obtained using an alternate currency, such as free ship tokens.
Please note that these purchases are one time character specific purchases and the ships will not be available account wide.
If you would like the ships to be available account wide, please purchase them from the C-Store
My total purchase history is empty ,wich makes sense if i bought all that through atari tokens , not zen
So i'm looking for a phone number of customer support ,so i can explain the issue in person

and support is just saying we dont see your purchases for those items
Wish they would email a receipt of ingame items that i buy when i buy them!
Oh and these were purchased before perfect world took over and yes i used real money and not tokens of any kind!
Im pretty sure its a "Token" issue. I have a similar issue. I bought the Karfi because at the time it was more or less the only ship you could buy. I really hate it and want to delete it from ship inventory. But if I do I cant reclaim one and have to buy a new one. I want to say that at some point they changed how the Karfi was listed in the store. Even though you might have spent $$$ you got a token IIRC and not the ship outright. I also bought all the skins you cant buy now because they are now fleet or "refit" skins. Should I delete one of those ships I'd lose the skin.
