Not recieving "free" Zen

I participated in one of the survey that offered free Zen yesterday and haven't gotten my reward. I passed the initial, small survey where they filter out weather or not you qualify and completed a normal, 10-15 mins survey (about cars/car purchases) afterwards. I haven't participated in this particular survey before.

The promised +75 Zen within 30 minutes, now it's 20+ hours later and I still haven't recieved the. This is not the first time something like this has happened.

    Did you look in your PW wallet?

    Assuming you received it, it needs to be transferred into your STO account. It doesn't just show up in your STO account.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    Yup, I checked my wallet. The last transaction was on August 7th, when I recieved +42 Zen from sponsorpay, which I transferred to holodeck. Unfortunately nothing happened ever since and this is not the first time something like that has occurred.

    Currently, it just seems like fraud.

    If it stated you earned the Zen upon completion then the odds are it's just a bug. Submit a Support Ticket with all the pertinent information and wait the 3-4 Business Days for a reply.

    I submitted 2 support tickets for the 2 offers I completed but did not get any Zen.

    After a week I have received Zen, through the support ticket, for one of them and I am still waiting for the other one.

    I recommend you file a support ticket and be prepared to wait.

    But this might not be Peanut Labs, the one doing these in the UK at least is called SponsorPay.
