Couldn't Transfer Character

I'm trying to play A Friend of My Enemy, but every time I try to enter Rashana, it says 'COULDN'T TRANSFER CHARACTER'.

Can anyone help?

    Had the same problem in facility 4028.
    seems like its a problem their end

    having the same problem with Crack in the Mirror and Facility 4028. Crack in the Mirror i got half way and kicked me out the other day. when that updated there server i cant do the last part of the mission... and with 4028 i cant beam down to the station. and its with all of my toon's not just one of them.i hope that fix it soon,

    i tried again later and it was ok. try them again and see if they work.

    if it happens when u r trying to transfer from space to ground, when u r picking ur away team, change one and it will let u in. at least it did for me

    I have the same problem in Facility 4028.

    same issue with 4028....forcing a verify and trying again.
