Are you sure they are human? :D

If they are, I hope they'll understand my frustration over what is apparently a very long-standing bug, which spuriously causes your entire weapons shortcut bar to become a fubar instead. This happens when you either retire a ship, or add one, or when you simply have the audacity to change a console.

Please, in-between thinking of more ways to have people pay you, try and fix a few of these important bugs too.

Meh, when I setup a ship or make changes to my layout, I save a screenshot of the bar, just in case.

What do you think, after that one-day-testing on tribble, will we get another emergency-patch tomorrow?

If Star Trek Online was an Open-Source (GPL) Game, we would have a low-grind fork.

And when I spend over $1,000 on a game in 4 weeks, I expect them to occassinally fix a few things. Silly me.

Of course we will. You know, with their shoddy QA, that they'll have broken something ... again.

@meimeitoo: By your metric, Cryptic/pwe should have a queue system set up that, based on amount an account has paid, forces them to work on forum posts from that account.

That's insane, it would lead to people with tons of money pushing stupid ideas in.

Perhaps. But by far less silly than asking me to take screenshots so as to restore my ship layouts.

Good customers are as rare as Latinum - treasure them.
