No power drain on thermionic torpedo spread?

Hovering over the tooltip for the thermionic torpedo list the torpedos stats and its chance to drain x power from weapons and engines.

when using torpedo sperad (2 on this ship) the tooltip changes to show the spread's stats but dosent shown any power drain.

looking at the info pane of the powers list the torpedo shows its stats and what effects torpedo powers have on it. Looking under the spread section there is no power drain shown.

Is this missing info or do thermionic torpedo spreads not have power drain?.

    I've actually been using them a lot, almost exclusively with spread. The proc does occur, it's unclear though if the additional torpedoes fired act like additional chances to proc. I have seen it proc on multiple ships at spread 3 however. I could be wrong though, as I do change targets quickly to attract the attention of attackers.
