STO crashes when entering Memory Alpha

First I just thought it was a one time thing, but now I have noticed it happens EVERY time I enter Memory Alpha

I beam down, walk a few steps and then the game crashes. It happens everytime 3-5 seconds after I beam down.

I submitted a ticket that comes up after the game crashes, but I wanted to post it as well here.

It's extremely annoying. After relog, just stand and observe that area for a while and you will see that most people freeze mid-run (which would be quite comical if it weren't so sad).

Also, this thread handles the same issue: http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=324071

I have exact same issue, every time I go to Memory Alpha, I spawn in transporter room, all seem fine, but as soon as i try to walk through the second doorway it crashes to desktop.

After reloading game everything works fine again, until I leave and come back.
