i wouldn't mind a TNG Bundle, more decks/interiors for your ship i.e. cargo bay, crew quarters, hanger, real working holodecks, and the ability to interact with your crew and give the ones walking around your ship uniforms (only one uniform and it assigns the colours)
I want the same thing I've always wanted: more missions to do with my characters.
I don't need more Farmvillesque missions that play themselves after I fill in the blanks: AKA DOFFs and Fleetbases. I need actual missions that I can do in space and ground that don't involve pew-pewing waves of random foes: AKA Red Alerts, Deferi, Fleetbase Raids, etc.
STO doesn't need more game system updates. It needs more things to do with my characters.
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.
i may have just been spoiled by swg when i played that but some more ability to alter your ship interior such as placing items around your ship especially your quarters and ready room and add quarters to the star base eventually to give it the feel of a gathering place like the cities were in swg
Improved character development through more story missions/arcs, regular new dailies and real exploration would be nice. There is a lot of shooting going on.

so, what do you want?
I was thinking NEW things and I was gonna say that I wanted to see a Xindi Civil War with some joining the Federation. Or another species who worships the Prophets. Or the fate of the lost Deferi.
I've mulled it over on a TNG pack and I frankly think there's just NO WAY to do it small, even if you save some stuff for a TNG movie pack. DS9 and TOS are my favorite Treks but, frankly, their ship life is less involved and their costuming is simpler (unless you're talking about the Ferengi and Jake's vest collection!)
Frankly, I could see the Intrepid/Voyager pack being a BIT larger than the DS9/TOS packs but probably won't be. You'd just get the basic stuff you'd need and the flashy new stuff would be a holodeck and astrometrics for a pretty "full" ship interior. (As in at least each set represented once, which is what I think they're going for. If two quarters used the same set, for example, you'd probably only see one of them in a Cryptic pack.)
I think a TNG pack will almost have to be a double sized pack, just because there's stuff they won't be able to go back to otherwise.
They may sell stuff separately as an option when they do TNG interiors and have a bundle for, say, just the ship interior or everything.
But I fully expect it will be on the order of the Odyssey 3 pack.
And for that, I kinda expect:
TNG S1, Doctor Crusher variants (in both collar styles -- ignoring her "sex appeal" look from one episode), Skants (whether in male variety is probably up to CBS), Wesley "Acting Ensign" uniform, Guinan outfit, Crewman jumpsuit (which more or less exists now but as an offduty costume), two Worf baldrics, S1, S3, and S7 seasons Worf haircuts, Picard horseshoe, Data hair, Parallels Combadge
Type 10 shuttle
5-6 decks. This would include:
The bridge, ready room, briefing room.
Battle Bridge
Engineering Deck
Personnel deck, including Ten Forward and a Holodeck
Civilian deck (including the classroom and stage as well as a barber shop like Mott's)
Cargo Bay
Level scaling phasers in 2 varieties (cricket and cobra)
And to bring functionality to justify the pricetag, I think you'd see:
More trophy slots than a standard interior
Added Engineering, Development, and Diplomatic DOff assignments
Convenient access to standard DOff department heads in the briefing room
Crafting (Engineering), Tailor (Barbershop), and Bank access
Possibly repairs (Might also be in the Intrepid pack)
A bar with special drinks in stock, including one that triggers an "I hate it" emote
Perhaps holodecks specifically flagged for fencing and target practice (ie. one enables combat but only melee and the other enables ranged combat)
I think some of these features will filter elsewhere but the whole enchilada is what we'd be looking at for around $50 as a mega-bundle for the TNG pack.
Maybe I'm thinking too small, but the only new things I'd like to see in the relatively short term would be 2409 skins for the Prometheus, Luna, DSSV, and Patrol Escort.
Come to think of it, a 2409 skin bundle might be kinda cool. Package it with a new interior and set the cost at 2500 Zen, but release it on STO's third anniversary and make it so on that weekend, it only costs 1000 Zen.
Alternatively, if you must monetize it, have every 2409 skin available via Starbase for Fleet Modules, one module per skin. To sweeten the pot, throw in the interior so you unlock it after buying all four aforementioned 2409 skins. Put a bank in the captain's quarters and concentrate DOff contacts in a Ready Room to make it desirable.
A few things (many of which are unrealistic):
?lock up the lockboxes!
?nuke the heavy escort carrier (it doesn't make sense)
?ground combat sucks- make it more like halo or COD.
?PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make the game less zergy- go from grinding and pew-pewing to something more fun and creative!
That's all for now.
When in doubt, (hehe) c4!

I honestly dont see what everyones problem is with the lock boxes. If you dont want them then dont buy them. The game is free after all.
I would like to see less focus on repetative grinding missions and more emphasis on the RPG elements that actually IS star trek.
MUCH more focus on interiors. Full scale interior missions are difficult due to the amount of interiors to choose from, BUT mini games shouldnt be difficult to add. I mean they managed to place DOFFS throughout the existing ship interiors that sort of provide missions so why not add a few engineering mini missions to the what... 3 engineering interiors in game? Surely that cant be too time consuming. Same goes for sickbay or messhall. There arent that many of them ingame.
I would like to see some things added to to the ready room. Such as being able to assign DOFF missions from the terminal on the desk or AT THE VERY LEAST let us use a replicator in there to make the damn tea.
There's more than enough Fed content to last for a while. Flesh out KDF then add a decent Romulan faction.
Most people are level 50 anyway so aside from another grind or aesthetics there's nothing they can really add that'll make any difference.
A KDF bundle pack as put forth by the podcast Tribbles in Ectasy, that has several KDF and/or Klingon faction doo-dads.
A KDF melee based Kit pack as put forth by Gates of Stovokor podcast, that has several kits that focus on melee combat and the weapons to go with it.
A completion of the KDF lower levels, or at the very very least a start with a new tutorial that is less boring and offers more to reasoning to focus the player on why the state of the EMpire is what it is. Slowly adding the missing low level content as time passes that help the Gorn, Orion and Nausicans understand why they are now allied with the Empire.
A start to the Romulan Star Empire faction. They can even build it backwards as well with high level content that slowly gets added until the low level content is in place.
A revamp/Balance of PvP and the consoles within the game so PvP combat is a tad more fun with less "OP this is broken and OP that is broken".
A general series of missions that focuses on the war as it pertains to the Undine/Iconian subversion of the qaudrant that gives the player sense of why chaos riegns in STO for the time being and how they are the hero of the moment fighting the fight to stop it even while our factions tear at each others throats.
More STFs that focus on the Undine invasion
More STFs that focus on the Fed/Romulan/KDF conflict.
More PvP related maps and scenarios.
A nuetral zone that holds danger for those who enter it lightly (open PvP) but has the purpose of actually putting the player at odds with other players in a patrol like setting to claim control (or liberate if fed) systems within it instead of having the players fight each other while trying to complete another mission against the NPCs at the same time.
i gotta agree with nrobbiec and bitemepwe a romulan faction would be cool
i would also like more talkish type missions not pew, pew, pew
i.e. Vulcan diplomatic/treaty missions, negotiations, disputes that sorta thing and MORE exploration, i.e. allow travel to a new galaxy or something we're you can do more exploring
For UFP: I have some bridge pack ideas such as a revamped Miranda pack (Reliant Bridge, Saratoga Bridge, and Bozeman Bridge) and an Excelsior pack (Excelsior Bridge, Ent B Bridge, and Lakota Bridge). 2409 version of ships like the Excelsior, Nebula, and others. New missions that tie up the many lose ends in the story content.
KDF: flesh em out. New missions, new ships, new costumes, Gorn costume options. Ship interiors that fit the Gorn, Nausican, and Orion ships. More social zones (even if they are useless for now). Khitomer and Nerendra 3!
RSE: get them started and work em up.
Overall: updated sector space map. Needs to be more accurate (for example the Azure Nebula is suppose to be where the fed, kling, and rom space converge). More STFs that involve other mutual enemies (Undine, Dominion, True Way, and eventually Iconians and T'kon).
Some real moderation on these forums would be nice.
I'm still holding out for my pirate costume ingame. The mercenary set is nice but it's also captain only. The boffs can't use it and a number of other costume choices.
Gold Members / Lifers get a significant discount in the C-Store.
By being a gold / lifer we're supporting this game with subscriptions or cash up-front. Why do we have to pay full price in the C-Store.
Silver should pay full price since they are playing for free... makes sense... game has to make money somehow... but gold/LTS are already supporting the game so PWE shouldn't double dip. Just my 2 credits.
Hi. Apparently I'm new here and joined in Jun 2012. Guess I'm in good company though... seems everyone else joined then too!
I want a "pet" tab on my character sheet where it lists all the pets I have collected so I can just activate/summon them from there without having dozens of pets taking up inventory space.
I want a 'gear' tab on my character sheet where it has a list of all the sets of gear you can get in the game. If you have the complete set in your inventory a button for that set is selectable which you can just click it to instantly equip that set. A 'customizable' area where you can create your own set of gear you want to equip with a single click would also be nice.
I want a way to switch between characters without being logged out of the entire game and having to log back in.
I want better AI for enemies, twice while fighting Romulans today one of them threw up a shield generator to protect himself, then immediately stepped out of it to attack me.
Each time one of these threads surfaces, I like throwing my support behind:
- Bundle packs that include a ship interior
- Interior ship customization
People love to be able to create their own home in the universe and show it off to others. The popularity of player housing in other MMOs is a testament to this. In terms of monetization, decor options could potentially be sold in the Z-store. I think this has the potential to be wildly successful, and worth the time investment in terms of development.
Also, the inclusion of a mini-game in ship interiors, such as poker or tri-dimensional chess would give people something to do while waiting for PvE or PvP queues to launch, and brining people into ship interiors with these features would really promote the sales of decorative interior assets from the Z-store.
Really, I'd just love to see these features in game!

One more thing: MAKE ALL THE SECTORS INTO ONE MAP! It isn't that difficult. The enterprise didn't have to wait in lag for 5 mins when travelling from sirius to bets ursae just b/c they couldnnt afford good internet :P

Aside from that, how about Horta doffs, or even boffs?
Is there anything in Season 6 that lets me use my ground Boffs? And with the foundry down there is even less of a chance to use them.
I've almost forgot what my groud Boffs look like.

Fleet Marks for all missions. Give me a reason to do everything else in the game again.
Let me explore Deep Space. Let me go to the rest of Federation space.

Oh, and I'd like to see less Locked boxed, better yet, I'd like these to go away. Just put the ships in the Zen-Store instead.
I'd also like to be able to go to the Betazed System as well as Rixx City.
