It comes with the Vulcan ship, so you need to buy that to get the Shuttle.
I was once DKnight1000, apparently I had taken my own name so now I'm DKnight0001.
If I ask you a question it is not an insult but a genuine attempt to understand why.
When I insult you I won't be discreet about it, I will be precise and to the point stupid.

I had this problem when i bought the D'kyr...lets see.......4-ish months ago? I think i solved it by reloading the game. You might have to pull up the full list of all ships with all categories checked and it should be at the very end. You can also try limiting the ship display by ship type. It should be under small craft but it might be under other.
There might be a new glitch, its been a while

I have the same problem since Season 6. can't claim the shuttle now, but could before the season update.

I have already put an in game ticket in and a support ticket on the website....no answers forthcoming yet from Cryptic or PWE.

    Hi Captains,

I had QA look into this and they were able to claim it. As buddha1369 suggested (thanks, btw!), try not limiting the ship category and you should be able to find it towards the center. This is a temporary workaround and we'll work on a permanent fix.

    Cheers,

I bought my D'kyr with Emblems before F2P, and the shuttle doesn't even show up even if I don't limit the ship category at all. :(

    Hello all,

Thanks for looking into this Bran - unfortunately your solution did not fix my problem. I purchased the D'kyr on the understanding that I would get access to the nifty Tal'kyr shuttle(yep I know it isn't nifty but I like ugly and unique...)

Anyways, I have tried the above. I have also left a ticket in game and just generated a Ticket at Perfect World (it might be more perfect if I was cruising in my Tal'kyr about now....)

Do you have a timeline on when this problem will be solved? Or should I just request the 2000 zen refunded as it seems that I have not been able to obtain what I was purchasing?

It is a shame that my first post on these wonderful forums is me seeking help for a problem that I have.

    Regards

    Bokan

I also own the Vulcan beauty and hope all previous posters the best in getting thier issues fixed. Have had lots of fun flying the unique shuttle, nice not seeing multiple copies everywhere.

On a side note just in case any devs may be monitoring this thread, a fix so that all the various skins would work properly would be greatly appreciated... and the nacelle glow before warp.... and the support craft aggro draw from NPCs.... it is a C-store ship after all.... please....
    Are we there yet?

I own the D'Kyr Science Vessel (one of the few C-Store ships I actually bought), and I can confirm, that you CAN'T find the Tal'kyr support craft at the "Ship & Shuttle Requisitions". Tried every category, every rank. Nowhere to be found.

In short: QA is wrong. On Holodeck, it can't be found. Period.

What this poster said, tried Brans suggestion, and everything this poster said, still a no go for getting the shuttle. Just doesn't show up in the list on Holodeck.

Even tried claiming the D'Kyr ship on other characters and then seeing if they could get the shuttle...nope!

I hope so, i just went home at noon today and retried Brans suggestion, it still didn't work.
But, upon further investigation i did get the shuttle to appear, but it said i needed 8000
    Dilithium to buy it LOL.

Seems to be a problem with what ship you have selected as your current ship, with my Odessy chosen i could get it to show up in the list, but at the Dith cost, with my D'Kyr selected it wasn't showing at all.

Something is really odd at Cryptic hehe

    Hello again,

Still no fix or timeline on when the fix might occur.

I have a quick question for Kirisee, when you 'tricked' the tal'kyr into appearing by setting another ship type as your current, where exactly was the Talkyr located in the line of ships available? I am looking in the centre near the Dkyr and the shuttle section - and the whole line for that matter, I just wanting to know where you saw it. And have you been able to get the talkyr as yet?

    Regards to you all...

"if he fires one, then I will fire one!" (from the ensign in the corner) "AYE SIR, FIRE ONE!"

p.s. I must say that this problem is dissolving my enjoyment of this game. I am starting to put more time into WOT. Hopefully the Devs will move faster than my attention span....

OK, got it to appear and collect. You need to uncheck every box (optional but useful = select Lieutenant in the drop down box). Then it says it needs 8000 dil because it's confusing itself with the Miranda. If you click onto another shuttle it will then get those purchase options.

I have the TOS shuttle also unlocked and available for free so clicking on that and back makes the Tal'Kyr free and claimable. If you have no ships like that then you may need to pay 20k credits (the price of the cheapest shuttle) or maybe replay the vault mission?

I hope this works for other people.

Yes mate thanks - once I saw what the program was doing it became clear - I sold my danube and purchased the Tal'kyr - VERY WELL DONE TO YOU!

Wow I am amazed at the amount of community support for my topic, I am still very new to the forums.

A big thank you to everyone who has posted, the Devs are clearly aware of the problem now and they have said they will be working on it, big thank you.

Also a very big thank you to the people who managed to figure out a short term work around, it will cost you 20,000 credits but if I a part time gamer on Start Trek online can afford 20,000 everyone else should be able to (just play a few story missions, you earn enough loot to sell). So a very big thank you to those who figured this short term fix, I can now play the Vault in my fancy new support Craft with my friend.

Big thank you to all those who contributed, its people like you that should make up any game community and am honoured to play the same game as you.

See you in game, and of course "Live long and prosper"!

Exact same issue here : the D'Kyr is on the list and the Tal'Kyr is only showing for 8K Dili when all filters are off.

Thank you benmaxwell9, your solution works, if a bit weird at times, but i was able to claim
my shuttle using your approach, just cost me Lt ship token i hadn't used yet lol

    Thanks Alot!

To everyone else, just keep picking a different shuttle until it lets you get the Vulcan shuttle for free or ship token price, don't spend Dith or C-points, you don't need too.

And to Cryptic...we really need a better fix for this, even though this oddball workaround works. Thanks.
