Fleet Defense game stuck

There is a fleet defense game that has been stuck at the same spot for over 4 hours now. No bad guys to kill, the frigates just been sitting there. People have been joining and leaving now pretty solid. I have been unable to get into any of the other fleet defense games as it seems to really want to fill that one up.

Is there any way to get in touch with someone that can kill that game somehow?

    There are two now that are bugged...I tossed a bug report about 3 hours ago. We are currently in the bonus FM with 15 mins left till it ends, and I have yet to get into one that isn't bugged.

    over 15 hours now - can't believe this is not ringing alarms for the server admins - it certainly should be...:mad:

    its now at 1 day 11 hours and 48 minutes

    what is being done about this?!!! or are they going for a Guiness Record or something?!

    I also have not been able to play this match for the past 2 days.
    submitted a ticket but no reply. i guess it will reset when cryptic take the servers down for maintenance in a week or 2

    I would have to agree with that too. Maybe they cant kill the match while the game is running. You know what it's like when you try to delete a file on your computer when the file is in use?

    on a related note, how do you submit a bug? /bug?

    I assumed this would get noticed and corrected pretty quickly (has it yet?) but I would like to know for other issues in the future.

    Just filled out a bug report of my own :)

    On the good side, I have gotten really good at running the ground mission hunting the saboteurs :)

    Should you receive feedback from a bug report? I have never filled one out before now, so not sure what to expect.

    I have yet to even hear anything to say if they even are aware that this is going on.

    TRIBBLE bug reports man. Fill one out then wait DAYS for a reply? I don't think so would rather complain on the forums and hope someone who can do something about it sees it.

    it's working again! I think it got to 3-4 days or so before it got fixed.

    I don't think I received any feedback like "We fixed the bug you reported! Thanks! or anything of the sort. :(
