Fleetbank Fleet Energy Credits Balance broken?

Today two of my Fleetmates deposit 6 mio. Energy Credits.
It showed up in the Storage Log but the balance stayed the same as before.
When i withdrew these 6 mio. Energy Credits the balance went down the exact amount i took.
That said we are currently missing 6 mio. Energy Credits, that seem just burned.
Now the question: is this just an issue due to some lags or is this maybe a real bug?
p.s.: Even after 20 to 30 min no change in Fleet Energy Credits balance.

Its all about the Fleetbank ^^
But yes i can carry more then 10 mio. on my own chars.
Ok i checked the Fleetbank again... the Credits are still missing.
The funny thing is i just placed 100k in the Fleetbank and its showing up correctly but the 6 mio. from our Fleetmembers didn't.
Any idea?
Aside from the fact that all the deposit/withraw privileges were reset after Season 6 launch, when one person tried to deposit a small amount of EC, he lost his money, but it didn't appear in the bank. When I tried to deposit and withraw 1 EC for a test, it all worked fine, but when the other person tried the same with the same amount, that 1 EC never appeared in the bank. Had to disable all privileges for now, so that people won't lose any of their currency.
I mean seriously we burned 6 mio. credits due to a game bug.... we want it back!
Starbase is expensive enough.
I hope the Devs are looking into this issue, as this is really annoying.
Just as a FYI, 99.9% of the time, devs don't respond. If that's what you're waiting for, don't hold your breath.
It's one of those it will either get fixed within the next month or so or you'll never see a solution. I know last time this came up, some searching showed previous threads on the problem so this appears to have been an issue for a while now.
Oh and the ecs are gone. You can suggest to the players that they open up GM tickets in game (/bug from the zone chat command line) but chances are they won't refund them the funds.

If they try to put energy credits into the fleetbank, the amount is withdrawn from their personal account. An entry in the fleet protocol is created but the amount of energy credits in the fleetbank remains unchanged.
but with this day it apeared again
we found out that when we have less then 10m EC in the Fleetbank i can put money in without a problem. but with 10m and above the money simply disappears.
we tested it with 0 EC and 9.999.999 EC in the fleetbank and the 1 EC i put in apeared correctly, with 10.000.000 EC the 1 EC i put in disapears.
i'm silver and don't have the EC cap increase.
two other fleetmembers with silver accounts and without the EC cap increase show exactly the same behaviour
my friend who is silver and has the EC cap increase is (and always was) able to put money in the fleetbank without a problem
while we all were able to see the up to 180m my friend with the EC cap increase did put in the bank.
i don't think "visibility" is the problem.
i read somewhere then when you have silver without the cap increase and you sell something and get above the 10m the money is simply lost. it seems this is not limited to your personal account, but applies to the fleetbank too.
