Bridge view bug

Good morning everybody, i've got a problem with bridge view on my ships (each vessel, each character). My bridge officers instead of sitting on their chair, are flying above them. It isn't look very good I awas planning to new ship and bridge in C- store but if this bug cannot be fixed I won't bought the bridge. Anybody knows how to fix this bug ? I would appreciate any help.

    Yup, known issue for as long as I've been here and that's been for over a year I believe. No fix but feel free to send in a support ticket if you want. Don;t expect a response beyond "Thanks for the feedback" though.

    edit: forgot to mention that if you're playing a female captain and are wearing a skirt, your hands will disappear as well.

    Pretty sure the support ticket system is also broken.

    yea i cant even see my ticket history anymore , i guess when ur game has so many bugs that u dnt care to fix, all the bug reports get annoying so they disabled the bug report system

    My toon beams into the floor most of the time. I discovered that if you zoom out to max and change the viewing angle to see the side of your ship before beaming onto your bridge the toon doesn't go into the floor as often.

    I use the Sompek bridge, and figured a support ticket was a waste of time.
