1) Officer of the Watch (Daily) - Conduct Purser Duties (Ops Section) - "Check Cargo Manifest"
When you check the Cargo Manifest, there are no supplies listed after the freighters. This mission will not complete. This was nonfunctional on the Tribble side prior to Season 6 launch.
Non-functioning of this mission has been confirmed by several members of my fleet.
Several of the "Officer of the Watch" missions on the KDF side don't work. The Bekk mission won't even start. And lets not forget the Daily missions at the KDF Academy mission consoles are completely broken. They haven't even acknowledged that problem yet.
Would be nice if both these problems got fixed since I have no problem doing the missions on my Fed characters.
And I'm old, not dead.

Still broken. You're not going to forget about this one, Cryptic, like you have so many others. Compensation in Fleet Marks would be greatly appreciated.

The "Conduct Purser Duties" is still broken as of 7/25/2012 on the Klingon side; I just completed it on the FED side for the first time today; it's been broken in the past. I've only experienced the glitch with Bekks not showing up once, but all I did is beam out and beam back in and that fixed it. I did the same with the target practice glitch, you just warp out and warp back in (or a log out) and glitch is usually gone. But the "Conduct Purser Duties" daily has been solidly broken for a while.
I was wondering if there could be a "pull from rotation" option implemented at some point in the future when players report a consistent problem. I think what's upsetting people more than a broken mission is the inability to get their daily marks.
I have no idea if this is feasible let alone a viable solution, but I thought I would put it out there.
Then again, all this lends itself to a bit of reality since nobody really expects that working in space is glitch free right?
Klingon Toe Line still glitching having one warrior with no issues to correct so the mission cannot complete. This glitch isn't common, but it does happen. Logging out doesn't fix this problem, but the idea of pushing to the next mission if the one you're on is glitching would be a welcomed change, or if you drop the mission, you get a random selected replacement mission.
Well, I guess what's to stop us from being selective all the time, so I guess that wouldn't fly. Still, there's got to be a better way of coping with glitches where we don't lose out on getting our daily Fleet Marks. I can't think of anything off hand, so I guess that's why I don't get paid the big bucks.
I'm using a ? just in case I'm the one who is broken here. I got a mission I've never seen on the Officer of the Watch dailies before. It's called "Escort Diginitary to Starbase". The officer tells me to go to the meet the dignitary at the Tranwarp Gate and then escort to the Starbase. I go to the transwarp gate and no popup message other than the normal Transwarp messages. There's a freighter going back and forth, but following it doesn't count as mission complete.
Yeah I have to say, being to skip this mission and get a new one would be so much better than "mission failed".
On a positive note, I did enjoy the appearance of activity around my Klingon Starbase. Ships swooping in and out made th place seem vibrant and alive. Good job!
Well, at least on the Klingon side. That's the first time I've seen it function since we got our Starbase so I suppose the maintenance took care of the glitch. YAY!
I noticed today that I can't beam to my ship from random places on our Starbase. Right now I have to go to the nearest transporter in order to get back to my ship. Is this a glitch or an attempt at realism? I guess I'm game either way, just curious.

ESD and a few other maps have zones that will only allow you to beam to specific places.
Of course my question is how Klingons and other races are getting into your starbase as part of the Starbase Incursion event.
I got the new mission and headed to the gate and got a mission update and had no problem getting it to follow me to the Starbase. Sorry to hear the Kilingon side is having issues; seems like they can't catch a break.
Not one glitch this morning with the Fleet Mark dailies so just wanted to say thanks. I know it's got to be tough working on an ever evolving and ever expanding universe. Your efforts are appreciated!!!

Attempted random clicking when the real selections came up and still it's unresolveable.

This one your supposed to go to a weapon test satellite and hail it to bring in an enemy ship you are supposed to defeat.
The ship appears and I open fire on it and it instantly warps out preventing me from doing the mission.
