Account bank slots GONE

Being an ex-Gold player, now Silver, I got acess to the Account Shared Bank some time ago. With the launch of Season 6 the bank got increased to 19 slots, which all of my friends confirmed, as they got it as well.

After today's patch though, those 9 additional slots are GONE, as well as ALL the items that I had there... All Strange Alien Artifacts and several other items are nowhere to be seen - no overflow bag or anything.

This is clearly an error on your part, Cryptic. Perhaps it was a mistake that those 9 slots were added prematurely with Season 6 launch, but removing them with all their contents now without any warning is just... low...

Any chance to get my items back please?

    What do you mean "please?" This exact same thing happened to me and numerous other people, probably EVERY SINGLE person who had account bank slots. Cryptic screwed up, it is their fault that things were deleted and their responsibility to set it right.

    The situation is: "You messed up, now you need to fix this and provide equitable compensation."

    I'm having the same issue. I've lost account bank slots and the items that were in those slots. Please help!

    Why don't they at least post that the extra slots were a bug in the first place then I wouldn't have used them. At least we have S7 fun to look forward to still, what will happen then... our toons heads will explode when transporting???

    Indeed this really sucks... I had some very expensive weapon items sitting in there that are now gone. Very annoyed this morning.

    same here was full now those spaces are gone along with the items and no overflow bag.

    Same situation here. Was moving gear between my characters before the patch, which has now evaporated it seems. :(

    I am having this issue as well. Wouldn't care if it was something simple but I lost Keys I was stocking up. You guys need to hire some people to test things before they go live. You already added the extra account slots on purpose or not so why was that even touched?

    Same here all my items in those bottom slots are now gone... I spend countless amounts of time defending crypitc and PW trying to see the positive then they do some TRIBBLE like this... Where was the message that said this was going to happen? Where was the message that these extra slots were going away? Where was our warning to clear out these items? I surely did not see that warning. So i guess everything that i had put there is gone now so now not only am i out items but items i was holding for my fleet have dissapeared too. looks like i will be spending my own time and money both in game and real to replace them.

    way to build player loyalty here is somebody gone from one of your biggest supporters to somebody who sees that you guys dont really care about the reprecussions to the players while you tinker with the game. i think unless you guys stop seeing this as your 9 to 5 job and just a bunch of lines of code and/or a way to make money it is doomed to fail. see it as a community of players dedicated to this game who spend hours of time here working towards goals and building something. Whats the point of working hard for something if you guys are just going to take it away for no good reason at the drop of a hat.

    perhaps a promotion saying "oops we goofed up sorry but we will allow you to keep the extra slots for one week then on 7/26/12 they will be going away. If you purchase those additional slots before that date you can buy them in the ZEN store for half price" I would have bought the extra slots for sure. at this point i wouldnt buy 100 account bank slots for 1 zen.

    also was planning on buying at least 10 if not more keys today to unlock new boxes... but no i think until this is made right i will not spend one more dollar purchasing any zen for any reason.
