Feature Request: Enter missions from Galactic Arm Doors

Say I have a mission I want to place on the edge of known space. Putting it in a system in Sector space doesn't make sense, but putting it in a galactic arm makes perfect sense (Delta Volanas, for example).

Would it be possible to start a mission at the doorways into the arm?

One issue would be the conflict with that would be the auto pop up when you hit edge of map.

The fix would be entering from inside the galactic arm itself, which actually makes more sense. It could be a pop up on side like when a team member enters a system.
