Game Login Issues

I have been trying to login to play the game all afternoon and constantly get "Too many attempts; please try again later". I finally submitted the problem to support and its gonna be another 4 days before they get back to me. Does anyone know why this is all of a sudden happening?

    My wife and I have the same at the moment.
    I surely hope it will not take 4 days to get online..

    Is anyone else having this problem?

    I don't get "too many attemps, etc" but what I do get is that I hit "Engage" the login goes away like normal...but then nothing happens.....nothing. I want to have the S6 pre-patch / play the game in general....guess I'll go play TOR more. God forbid I try to play STO from time to time. :(

    I am now getting the same thing.. does this mean someone else is loggin into/using my account or something?

    im not having the exact issue but still tells me "website is under maintenance"

    but when i try to login into the game it tells me after a very LOOOONG time: "connection to the login server timed out"

    so why they say GAME EXPERIENCE will not be effected when i still cant login???

    yeah i get this to and after this won't even take my password.
    then i get in after a long que (understandable) on for 2 mins disconnected from server and back in the long que.
