Respec Glitch

I am unsure of whether or not this is a glitch, however when I go to respec any of my characters, after hitting the "clear all" button, I run into this: RespecGlitch.jpg
As you can see the areas in dark should not be in dark, and I should be able to spend skill points in those areas. I have submitted a few tickets about this, and it happens for both my KDF toons as well as my FED toons. I would appreciate any insight into this glitch. Thank You :)

    Blocked: sex/TRIBBLE.

    URL shortners are usually a bad idea unless you;re required to use them. Many public wireless networks band them outright as they're used to hide TRIBBLE sites. Also many forums do as well although unfortunately not this one.

    Please provide the actual url of what we need to be looking at.

    Uninstalled and re installed the game in order to see if that would solve the problem, however that didn't solve the problem. Thought I would post an update... would appreciate any tips to solve this problem, could use a full respec on all my toons... Thanks...

    Yes, it doesn't allow me to do a complete respec at all... it is getting rather irritating, really...

    Alright, was able to resolve the error... Although, to the person(s) working on fixing the glitch for my account, I would appreciate it if you returned the respec tokens. I have only spent one and that was from one of the characters i had leveled through gold. I would appreciate the other toons respec tokens being replaced. I am not being rude, I spent cpoints on the rest of the respec tokens and I would appreciate if they were returned.

    Ive had the SAME problem so many times.

    It has been glitchy for at least a year.

    Whenever I tried to re-spec.. about 70% of the time it wouldn't let me use any more points. I always reset , walked away from the trainer and tried again, this would usually fix it.

    Sucks they deleted your re-spec tokens, goodluck getting them back.
