Today I logged onto sto to find 2 of my c-store purchases are missing "Advanced Heavy Cruiser" And the "Commander Equivilant to the Nebula" and atlessed 4 of my other friends are reporting the same thing and iv submitted tickets and nothing yes solved one of my friends is extreamly angry at the below average customer service cryptic has the only way to contact or ask for help is via Email and takes 24hrs + to respond. Could somthing be done about the missing items that i have disapeared from my c-store that i clearly remember buying?
Also i kno this is in the wrong section i just need some "Quicker" assistance and acknowledgement.
the tier 3 nebula and excelsior where not originally part of the c-store. they were ships bought with energy credits and then later added to the store when it went free to play. are you sure you bought them in the store in the last few months? if it was before december then they were bought with EC which you can no longer do.
if you have bought them, sometimes they store can get confusing as not every ship was made available the same way to claim. you need to check 3 places.
1) the legacy unlock of the store
2) the ship section of the store
3) the shipyard vendor. sometimes they can only be claimed there.

I bought the Excelsior Tier 3 skin back last time I played STO, but now after returning, merging my perfect world & cryptic accounts, then rolling a new toon - he doesn't have access to it.
Pretty naff, as the tier 3 cruiser is rubbish looking IMO.
One very odd thing is I have apparently got the Imperial Class ship costume unlocked across my account, yet I've never had a toon at that high a level?!
This issue aside, I'm really enjoying my return to STO, all my old gripes are long gone.
