Bought a ship?

Don't know if i was suppose to put in on here but I just bought a ship in C-Stores but it's not coming up in the game, Could someone help.

    What ship?
    Check your character inventory some of the come in a box you have to open.
    Do you have a free ship slot?
    Did the transaction go through?
    Did you check the store for your unlocks and see in you could claim it?
    As a time traveller, Am I supposed to pack underwear or underwhen?

    same thing:
    no requisition in inventory (half empty)
    no ship in roster (4 space free)
    yet passed 1 hour
    yet restart game

    the bad thing will be that support surely will give back me the 400 cryptic (because game take me too wrong price) and I'll lose the discount.

    Did you try the esd/klingon ship yard vendor? all the store ships are listed with a claim button. look there and see if the buy button is lit up. If it is click it and a confirmation window should open. If your transaction did complete it should say free, if it did not then you need to file a tickit if the points are still missing.

    I've sometimes found that the ships can get stuck in a overflow bag if you have a full inventory, had to log out for 10 minutes to get it to show in my inventory where I double clicked it to use it. Also might be worth trying what disposeableh3r0 says, but if that fails I would contact Customer Support to see if they could help you. Hope this helps
