Datachip Given from Viala Came and Went

Did anyone else have this happen to them? Just now, 1210aEST Thursday, I did my quest with Viala, saw my datachip go in my inventory and then disappeared. Did this happen to anyone else?
Joined STO 20091001. Started playing STO 20120303. Yup, waited 2.5 years for them to go free-to-play. ; Christian, Borg, Time Lord, ninja! I am that hero!
